I was so excited when Mandy of Modern Whimsy asked me to shoot The Vaughn‘s Coordinator Dinner in downtown Austin. I had done a styled shoot with Mandy earlier in the year and it was AMAZING! So I knew that whatever she had put together this time would once again blow my mind! Her attention to detail is incredible and it really shows through this shoot.
The Vaughn’s Coordinator Dinner
The Vaughn invited Austin’s best coordinators to a private dinner at their event space. It was the perfect way to show off their venue and for vendors to mingle with one another. The Vaughn is the middle of downtown and it’s on a rooftop! Doesn’t get much better than that. All the coordinators had such a great time chatting it up and enjoying delicious food by Primizie Catering.
Before the actual dinner I shot the whole set up. It was basically a styled shoot and deserved to be photographed! I loved the colors that Exquisite Petals used in the arrangements. They were the perfect compliment to The Vaughn and the gorgeous purple uplighting all around. Birch and Brass provided such a sweet lounge are that was perfect to hang out in before dinner. And the calligraphy from Jen Krause was incredible! I still have my place card from this event because I loved seeing my name written out so beautifully!
