Tanya and Phillip were such a joy to shoot! They are having a destination wedding in San Diego, so I was so happy that I could be a part of their wedding preparations here! They haven’t lived in Austin for too long, so they weren’t sure where they wanted to take their pictures. But Tanya said that every time she would drive by Lady Bird Lake on Mopac, she always thought it was so beautiful, so I told her that would be the perfect spot for pictures! We could walk along the trail, go to Zilker Park for some skyline pictures, it was beautiful!
We decided to meet in the morning on a Sunday, which ended up being a little tricky as the trail was PACKED with runners, but we made it work! We took our time, walked slowly, found some quieter spots, and got the sweetest shots! Tanya was such a trooper; she wore heels for the entire shoot! I had such a good time with them. We talked about San Diego, Game of Thrones, and all that Austin has to offer! I am so excited fo them and their upcoming wedding!
