I have been so excited for this Hidden Pines Chapel Wedding! I met Holly and Nelson almost five years ago in college. They were high school sweethearts, just starting college, and really just the sweetest! I knew their engagement would be coming soon, but when I saw that Nelson proposed at a castle in Germany, I was still so excited! We did their engagement photos shortly after and started the countdown to their wedding!
This day has been a long day coming and nothing could stop these two. When someone mentioned to Holly that it was pouring down rain and the timeline would need to be moved around she simply said “I love the rain!” Things didn’t go quite as planned, but it was all perfect for them. The most important thing was that they got married and it was so sweet to see them really live that out.
Their ceremony was the best. There were so many fun and emotional moments. Like how Holly and Nelson’s moms lit their unity candle, so that then Holly and Nelson had to blow it out and light it again themselves! Or how Holly and Nelson almost kissed before their first kiss. That was literally the cutest thing! And the many many laughs shared. It was all so sentimental. You could really see how excited they were to finally be getting married.
The rest of the night was full of dancing and fun. Holly and Nelson are so incredibly loved and had such an amazing day!
