We were so excited to shoot Hannah and James’ Nigerian Ceremony at The Springs in the Houston area. We knew it would be a great day because Sara on our San Diego team shot Hannah and James’ intimate ceremony last weekend and had the best time! James and his family are Nigerian so while they got married last weekend in San Diego they knew they still wanted to celebrate with a Nigerian ceremony and huge party afterwards. And we are so happy they did! The day was so incredible!

We have never shot a Nigerian ceremony so we weren’t too sure what to expect. We knew it would be long (thank God it was inside!) and we knew it would be fun! But wow! Were we completely blown away!!! There was so much meaning behind every part of the ceremony. It was incredibly beautiful, meaningful, fun, and interesting. We enjoyed it so much. As photographers, we are so fortunate that our job immerses us in other cultures. We learn so much and it is always so interesting and incredibly rewarding.
