Gruene, Texas engagement photos in New Braunfels
Starting an engagement session in a park in the Texas heat, and then heading down to the river is the way to do it! Lauryn and Ethan fought through the very, unpleasant summer weather, and looked good doing it! Their engagement session was so much fun, full of my favorite New Braunfels locations, and made me even more excited for their wedding in March! Even though I’m pretty sure we all wanted to just swim in the river, they stuck it out and boy was it worth it!
Learning more about this sweet couple took me back to Tim’s military days. Lauryn is a physical therapist in San Antonio, and Ethan is in the Air Force in New Mexico. We did long distance for years, and while it is still one of the hardest things we’ve done in our relationship, I know it made us a total different couple. You learn to be grateful for the days together, cherish even the most irritating things about your partner, and let the little things go. Seeing Lauryn and Ethan I can tell they are leaps and bounds beyond most couples, and will be stronger because of the distance. But now that they are going to be buying their first house together, they finally get to kick long distance to the curb! SO excited for them!
Now, when does the countdown to their March wedding?! Cannot wait to shoot at Swallows Eve Barn in Fredricksburg!
