If you are a photographer and have never had the pleasure of shooting at the Garden Grove venue in Buda, Texas, go now! The owners are a total dream to work with and their Mediterranean, organic inspired event center is to die for. They have spent so much time making sure anyone who visits has a luxury experience and have tied in the sweetest traditions. My favorite? They plant a fruit tree in honor of each couple who get married on their grounds! Then, one year later, they come and pick the fruit. Tell me that isn’t the sweetest thing you’ve ever heard!! They cherish their clients, put thought into detail and have created the most beautiful space to tell their stories in.
We were fortunate enough to collaborate on a styled shoot with Garden Grove, Bird Dog Weddings and lots of other talented vendors! The result was more than I could have dreamed. We knew we all wanted something new, non-traditional and a color palate that steered away from this seasons treading blush and gold. No that we don’t love a wedding covered in pink peonies and gold foil! But stepping away from the wedding industries “normal” and getting creative with new products is what styled shoots are all about!
