In November I was fortunate enough to shoot Nicole & Max’s wedding at the beautiful Kindred Oaks! The weather played out so perfectly and with all the special additions to this big day, such as a father daughter first look, (also, see below for the father of the groom dressed in his Scottish attire!), it became one of the most heartfelt, genuine weddings I have ever had the pleasure of shooting.
Nicole & Max met at A&M in College Station while doing Crossfit! So, yes, they are the most gorgeous, brilliant, power couple around.
This gorgeous wedding day started and ended with family and friends encouraging this sweet couple in their future together. For a few years, Nicole has been working with children living in poor conditions and poverty in her area, and when I saw these kiddos were invited as guests to her wedding, I understood why Max fell in love with her heart. These kids came running up to her for a big group hug, and you could just see how much they have changed her life, and her changed theirs. I can’t imagine a better foundation for a marriage than having so many people offer their guidance, love and support.
Max and Nicole, keep loving so fiercely and cherishing all those small, quirky moments together! I wish you both the most in your marriage!
