Congratulations on your new marriage and the start of your beautiful family! I want to start off by saying thank you for letting me play such an important role in your special day. It seems silly, but the biggest compliment you can give to a photographer is just hiring them because you love their photos so dearly. It has been an absolute pleasure getting to know you both, your families and give you photos that will last a lifetime.
That being said, your photos are ready and waiting for you! At Grey to Blue we allow one free download of your images, and after that there will be an additional fee for any other downloads. Downloading the pictures to your desktop should be pretty simple, but to avoid any complications, follow the steps below and please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any questions!
- After you click on the link for your personal gallery, make sure to choose which session it is that you are wanting to view (Engagement or Wedding in the top left corner).
2. If you have already purchased your photos, click the down arrow, and use the pin sent in your email to download all your photos. Boo-ya! Done. Want to purchase prints? Skip to step number four.
3. If you have selected a package that requires you to pick your favorites, scroll through the photos and hit the heart icon for the predetermined amount of images.
4. Purchasing prints. If you are wanting prints that show off the professional quality of your photos, don’t go to Wal-Mart! Stay right here, make a cart of whatever your heart desires (canvas, metal prints, gifts, books, and lots more!), and have them shipped straight to your home.
Things to remember:
Grey to Blue will back up your photos on your online gallery for three years! That does not mean we promise to always have them available. Once we send you your photos, it is your responsibility to back them up on a USB drive or external hard drive to avoid paying that additional fee for a second download.
We do offer prints! Our professional print lab, PRO DPI, is absolutely incredible. The quality is out of this world and you won’t regret spending the extra $1/print. If you do decide to go to Walgreens for prints, please do not call me because the colors, brightness and contrast don’t look like what you saw on your gallery!
We totally want you to share your gallery with friends and family! The link sent to you is personal for your session, and yours only! Copy and paste in an email, or any social media platform.
The Printing Rights contract we sent over gives you permission to share your photos online and print as many times, from wherever you would like. This does not give you permission to sell your images, enter them in any contests, or make digital copies to pass out to friends and family. We sold rights to you, and you only. It is not only unethical and stealing, but illegal to make digital copies and send them to all guests that attended the wedding. We work very hard to provide you with top of the line, quality photos, while still keeping our prices fair and reasonable. Please respect our business and services by not passing them out for free. Again, please feel free to share the link to your gallery with them so they are able to purchase their own digital copies or professional prints!
